AI tool directory submission
Submit your AI tool to MultipleChat.
Reach people comparing AI products, model workflows, productivity tools, image tools, writing tools, and business software. Paid review means publication or refund: if we approve the tool, we publish it; if we reject it before publication, we refund it. Publication still does not buy ranking, traffic, sales, endorsement, or backlink value.
No bought ratings or guaranteed placement.
Sponsored visibility is marked as paid placement.
We check fit, clarity, safety, and relevance.
Paid submissions are published if approved, refunded if rejected.
If your company offers an API, model, LLM, workflow tool, or infrastructure product, we can also review whether it could be considered for a future MultipleChat integration. Submission does not guarantee integration.
Why submit here?
A directory for people already comparing AI products.
MultipleChat is used by people who care about models, AI workflows, productivity, writing, research, coding, documents, and business use cases. The directory gives vendors a structured place to be discovered without selling fake rankings or hidden paid endorsements.
If your company offers an LLM, API, AI product, workflow tool, or infrastructure layer, the paid review can also include an integration-fit review for MultipleChat. That means we may look at API docs, model capability, use case fit, security posture, and user value. It is not an integration agreement.
Tool profile
Name, category, pricing signal, description, vendor link, and visible sponsored labels where relevant.
Editorial check
We check fit, quality, public claims, website clarity, and whether the tool belongs in the directory.
Trust signals
DPA, privacy policy, training claims, hosting region, security docs, and subprocessors can be reviewed faster when supplied.
Fit for MultipleChat
For APIs, models, LLMs, and workflow tools, include docs and explain why MultipleChat users would benefit.
Example listing
What an approved listing can show
ExampleAI
Sponsored when paidAI Productivity & Meetings
ExampleAI records meetings, summarizes key points, creates follow-up tasks, and connects to team workflows. The profile can show use case, pricing signal, trust signals, and vendor link.
The actual wording is editorial. We may shorten claims, remove unsupported statements, change categories, mark sponsored placement, and add disclaimers.
Process
What happens after submission
- 1. Intake. We save the submission and notify the MultipleChat team.
- 2. Payment. Paid packages go to Stripe checkout. Free listings enter the slower editorial queue.
- 3. Review. We check fit, website quality, public claims, category, pricing signal, compliance links, and integration notes if supplied.
- 4. Decision. Approved paid submissions are published. Rejected paid submissions are refunded before publication.
- 5. Updates. Published listings may be corrected, moved, labelled, de-indexed, or removed if facts change.
Refunds are narrow and explicit
Paid review follows a publication-or-refund rule. After publication, lack of traffic, leads, rankings, partnerships, or integration is not a refund reason.
| Case | Refund result |
|---|---|
| We reject a paid submission before publication | Refund to the original payment method where technically possible. |
| We publish the listing or sponsored page | No refund for traffic, ranking, leads, wording preference, or business performance. |
| Integration-fit review does not lead to an integration | No refund after publication. Integration requires separate agreement. |
| False, misleading, unlawful, or abusive submission | No refund may be owed if the process is abused or terms are breached. |
Why submissions fail
This is not a paid link farm. A tool can be rejected even if the checkout succeeded.
| Accepted signals | Rejection signals |
|---|---|
| Working product page with clear value | Parked domain, broken site, thin wrapper, or no usable product |
| Clear pricing, privacy, security, and company information | Misleading claims, missing legal pages, or unclear ownership |
| API/model docs for integration review | Integration request without docs, auth flow, pricing, or technical details |
| Legitimate product screenshots, logo, or media kit | Infringing assets, impersonation, or unsafe/deceptive use cases |
Ratings, rankings, and integrations are not for sale.
You pay for review work, processing, and, if approved, the relevant publication product. You do not buy approval, a positive review, ranking position, dofollow link value, clicks, leads, customers, partnership access, or a MultipleChat integration. That boundary is what makes the directory credible.
Submission FAQ
What does paid AI tool submission review include?
Paid review includes manual editorial review of category fit, public claims, website quality, relevance, compliance signals, and whether the tool belongs in the MultipleChat AI tools directory. If relevant, we may also review integration fit for APIs, models, LLMs, workflow tools, or infrastructure products.
Does payment guarantee publication or ranking?
No. Payment does not guarantee approval, ranking, traffic, leads, sales, endorsement, dofollow link value, or a MultipleChat integration. Paid submissions are published if approved or refunded if rejected before publication.
Can we ask MultipleChat to integrate our LLM, API, or tool?
Yes. Use the integration section in the form and include API docs, model docs, pricing, rate limits, authentication flow, security notes, and why MultipleChat users would benefit. Review does not guarantee integration; any integration needs a separate written agreement and technical approval.
What should we provide to speed up review?
Add the pricing page, privacy policy, DPA, security page, subprocessors list, product screenshots or media kit, and API/model docs if you want integration-fit review. We can still reject unsupported or misleading claims.
