AI Tool Submission Refund Policy
Effective date: September 19, 2026. This policy applies only to AI tool submission review and sponsored AI tool page purchases on MultipleChat.
Short Version
Paid submission products use a publication-or-refund rule. If we approve and publish the listing or sponsored page, the fee is earned. If we reject the tool before publication, we refund the applicable fee. After publication, we do not refund because the page did not produce traffic, rankings, leads, customers, revenue, or backlink value.
1. Free Listings
Free listings are free consideration only. Because no fee is charged, there is no refund. Free submissions may be accepted, rejected, delayed, ignored, edited, or removed at our editorial discretion.
2. AI Tool Submission Review, USD 99
If you purchase AI tool submission review and we approve the tool, we publish a directory listing and the fee is non-refundable. If we reject the tool before publication, we refund the USD 99 review fee to the original payment method where technically possible.
3. Dedicated Sponsored Tool Page, USD 799
If you purchase a dedicated sponsored tool page and we approve the tool, we create and publish the sponsored page and the fee is non-refundable. If we reject the tool before publication, we refund the USD 799 fee to the original payment method where technically possible.
4. What Counts As Publication
Publication means the listing or sponsored page has been made available on MultipleChat, even if it is later edited, moved, re-categorized, de-indexed, corrected, updated, or removed for a reason allowed by the AI Tool Submission Terms.
5. No Refund For Performance Dissatisfaction
After publication, no refund is owed because the listing or page did not produce clicks, impressions, leads, customers, sales, revenue, ranking improvements, search-engine visibility, media coverage, investor interest, partnership inquiries, dofollow link value, or any other business result.
6. No Refund For Approved Editorial Treatment
No refund is owed because you dislike our category choice, wording, formatting, link attributes, sponsored labelling, position in the directory, or editorial summary, provided the tool was published. You may request a factual correction at [email protected].
7. No Refund For Breach, Abuse, Or Misleading Submissions
No refund is owed if publication is denied, reversed, delayed, or removed because you submitted false or misleading information, lacked rights to submitted materials, abused the process, initiated a bad-faith chargeback, violated law, infringed third-party rights, promoted unsafe or prohibited activity, or breached the AI Tool Submission Terms.
8. Payment Link Or Checkout Failures
If payment fails or checkout is not completed, we may keep the submission in a pending state or process it as free consideration only. A failed payment does not create a paid review obligation.
9. Refund Method And Timing
Approved refunds are normally sent back to the original payment method through Stripe or the relevant payment processor. Bank, card, and processor timelines are outside our control. Currency conversion differences, bank fees, and card-issuer fees are not controlled by MultipleChat and are not separately refunded.
10. Mandatory Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. If a mandatory rule gives you a non-waivable right, that rule controls to the minimum extent required by law.
